The Kitchen works with housing developments to help meet the needs for affordable housing. Some housing communities provide specific services:
- Support services, including case management and health screenings
- Income-qualifying persons living at or below 50 percent of the median income
- Housing communities designed as a 55+ communities
- Specific units reserved for formerly homeless veterans and their families.
- Units for youth
