The MMP Young Parent Program is a program designed to support young mothers and fathers (up to age 21) who are pregnant and/or parenting and reside in Greene County. The MMP Young Parent Program supports young parents through:
-One hour a week mentorships
-Monthly Support/Educational Group
-Baby Store: Earn FREE items for themselves and their child.
-Progress towards future life, educational and career goals
-Connection with appropriate community resources
-Fees for college admission and HiSet exams
